- How do I keep my teeth healthy during treatment?
Good brushing and flossing habits are your best friends. Brush after each meal to remove food debris and plaque from your teeth. Clean your teeth thoroughly before putting your aligners back in, and floss your teeth daily to remove any buildup from between your teeth.
